About myself:
Merciana has worked in retail and commercial sales and marketing fields for over 8 years in New Zealand. Her ability to visualise potential marketing opportunities in business is her best skill.
Merciana is originally from Tanzania, growing up in Melbourne, Australia and now she is a Kiwi. She has studied Information Technology, majoring in a Business Management Degree, but she prefers dealing with customers, so has decided to focus her skills in Sales and Marketing.
Merciana always maintains her professionalism with clients; she's the big boss when it comes to looking after clients and believes that in business, change is a continuous, never-ending, unavoidable and unexpected inevitability. She's always prepared to respond effectively to all situations, even when they aren’t favourable.
She contributes largely to Dolche Design’s sales and makes sure that every client is treated like royalty as well as keeping the team focussed.
